Fabric swatch: A swatch will be provided so you can review its color and texture.
Custom 3D model: A personalized model will be generated to help you visualize your design.
Written approval: Your final written approval is required before production begins.
Payment & Availability
Full payment of 100% is required at the time of purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the manufacturer. If your item becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Custom upholstered merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. After final written approval, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Warranty & Protection
Every custom piece includes a standard 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Optional extended protection plans are available for purchase at the time of sale.
