Damages Policy
At Rossi Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.
To initiate a claim, please contact our claims team within 48 hours of delivery at:
claims@rossifurniture.com
To help us process your claim quickly, please include the following:
Clear images of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the original packaging from all angles, regardless of condition
Images of all labels on both the box and the item
Proof of delivery (signed shipping documents, if available)
If packaging is missing, please make note of that in your email
Once we have received all required documentation, our team will review and determine the best course of action. Claims are typically processed within 2–3 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Freight Deliveries – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order was delivered via freight with a required signature, please inspect your item before signing the Bill of Lading.
If the item or packaging shows signs of damage, clearly mark the Bill of Lading as “Damaged” before signing.
Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and all shipping labels.
Do not refuse the shipment without inspection. Refusals without inspection may result in redelivery fees.
If the shipment is refused or marked damaged, notify us within 48 hours at claims@rossifurniture.com with photos and a description of the issue.
IMPORTANT: If you sign for a freight item without noting damage or defect, Rossi Furniture cannot accept liability and your claim may be denied.
Parcel Deliveries – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
For smaller items delivered by UPS or other parcel carriers:
Inspect the item immediately upon arrival.
Retain all original packaging.
Email claims@rossifurniture.com within 48 hours with:
Photos of the item and packaging
Photos of all labels
Description of the issue
We are unable to accept claims for items without packaging or for damages reported beyond 48 hours after delivery.
Note: Claims will be denied if the item has been used or installed.
Open-Box Items
Due to limited quantities, Open-Box items are not eligible for replacement.
Claims must still be reported within 48 hours.
We will work to offer a repair, partial refund, or return if damage is confirmed.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours at claims@rossifurniture.com
We will investigate and determine the next steps
If an incorrect item is received, we will issue a return authorization and ship the correct item once the original is returned
Rossi Furniture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered via carrier tracking or signed delivery.
Natural Materials & Color Variations
Please note:
Many of our pieces are handcrafted and made with natural materials such as wood, stone, and ceramic. Natural variations in grain, color, and texture are to be expected and celebrated—these are not considered defects.
Due to screen differences, colors may vary slightly from how they appear online. These variations will not be considered grounds for a claim.
Final Notes
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted beyond this window will unfortunately be declined.
Once resolved, claims cannot be reopened.
Additional Shipping fees are non-refundable.
